Warranty and Support of Birdsupply Discord.
Important Reminders
Never log out of your account, as doing so will reset the token, making it impossible to log in again via the token. To repair, you have to login again by using the email:password. Click here for an explanation video.
When you log in via the token, your IP is 'whitelisted' because it has a valid Discord session. You can then log in by email:pass in your Discord app by clicking the 'switch accounts' button.
Ensure there is a delay between each account joining a server to avoid detection.
Use good quality proxies for optimal performance and safety. This minimizes the risk of account bans.
Be aware that open-source bots have a high chance of getting your Discord account banned.
There is a significant risk that your accounts may be banned if used for spamming purposes.
We recommend using hCoptcha to avoid accounts bans. Other captcha services may not be as safe. Check t.me/iscapworking for hCoptcha updates. Look for "State 3" to ensure it's safe to use.
Warranty and Support
If an account get email or phone locked, Birdsupply will verify the account for you.
We're not responsible if a mail account is requesting a phone number, nor being disabled after being used.
Discord accounts will only be replaced once under the following conditions:
If the account password (email/discord) is changed, the warranty expires immediately. Exceptions apply if Discord requests a password change.
Accounts that are heavily used (defined by server joins, raffle activity etc.) are not eligible for replacement.
No replacements for accounts lost or banned due to user actions like using bad proxies, or misuse. Make sure to read the Important Reminders.
Replacement is offered only in cases of a banwave directly attributable to Birdsupply's process or an acknowledged mistake on Birdsupply's part.
